Adam Neumann (אדם נוימן; born April 25, 1979) is an Israeli-American billionaire businessman and investor. He is best known as the co-founder of WeWork, a global coworking space provider, which he co-founded in 2010 with Miguel McKelvey. Neumann served as the CEO of WeWork from 2010 to 2019. Following disclosures made in a public offering filing, Neumann resigned as CEO and gave up majority voting control. In 2019, he co-founded a family office called 166 2nd Financial Services with his wife, Rebekah Neumann, to manage their personal wealth and investments. Born in Beersheba, Israel, Neumann overcame dyslexia and served as an officer in the Israeli Navy before pursuing a career in business.
