Adam Rippon
Adam Rippon is an American figure skater who was born on November 11, 1989, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He rose to fame when he won the 2010 Four Continents Championships and the 2016 U.S. National Championships. Prior to that, Rippon achieved success in the figure skating world by winning the 2008 and 2009 World Junior Championships, the 2007–2008 Junior Grand Prix Final, and the 2008 U.S. junior national title. Rippon represented the United States at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, where he won a bronze medal as part of the figure skating team event. He also won season 26 of Dancing with the Stars and was included in Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People of 2018. Rippon retired from competitive figure skating in November 2018.
