Adrian Bower (born August 20, 1970) is an English actor known for his role as Brian Steadman in the comedy series Teachers. He also played Leofric in The Last Kingdom, based on Bernard Cornwell's novels. Bower, born in Chester, Cheshire, studied drama at Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. His television appearances include Gimme Gimme Gimme, Talk to Me, and The Quatermass Experiment. He guest-starred in Dirty Filthy Love, Monroe, and Rev., and portrayed Pete Shotton in the BBC4 drama Lennon Naked. Bower won the third series of Celebrity Poker Club under the nickname 'The Tower' due to his 6'4" height. He has also appeared in various theatre productions.
