Adrienne Warren (born May 6, 1987) is an American actress, singer, and dancer. She gained recognition for her performances on Broadway, starting with her debut in the 2012 musical Bring It On. In 2016, Warren received a Tony Award nomination for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her role in Shuffle Along, or, the Making of the Musical Sensation of 1921 and All That Followed. She garnered further acclaim for her portrayal of Tina Turner in the West End production of Tina in 2018, and later reprised the role on Broadway, winning the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical in 2020. Warren's career began in church and she attended the Governor's School for the Arts before graduating from Marymount Manhattan College in 2009. She has also performed with groups like The Dream Engine and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
