She gained recognition for her role as Myrcella Baratheon in the first two seasons of the hit television series Game of Thrones (2011–2012). Richardson's acting career began with her portrayal of Georgina in the 2008 romantic comedy Miss Conception. In Game of Thrones, her character was exiled after the second season, and the role was recast for later seasons. Richardson's response to this change was captured in a Vine video where she playfully sat on a pavement wearing a princess crown. She continues to pursue her acting career.
