Al B. Sure! is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, radio host, and former record executive. He was born on June 4, 1968, in Boston and raised in Mount Vernon, New York. Known for his contributions to the new jack swing genre in the late 1980s and early 1990s, Brown was a popular romantic singer, songwriter, and producer. He gained recognition after winning the Sony Innovators Talent Search in 1987, selected by Quincy Jones. Brown collaborated with Jones on various projects, including the platinum single 'The Secret Garden (Sweet Seduction Suite)' from Jones' album 'Back on the Block'. Apart from his music career, Brown is the son of Albert Joseph Brown II and Cassandra Brown and was a star football quarterback in high school.
