Al Madrigal Biography
Al Madrigal, born Alessandro Liborio Madrigal on July 4, 1971, is an American comedian, writer, actor, and producer. He gained recognition as a regular correspondent on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart for five seasons. Madrigal is also a co-founder of the All Things Comedy podcast network with Bill Burr. In addition to his stand-up career, he has appeared in various films and TV shows, including Night School, I'm Dying Up Here, About A Boy, Gary Unmarried, and Welcome to The Captain. Madrigal has made appearances on Conan and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. He recently featured in the sports drama The Way Back and will star in Sony's Morbius as Alberto 'Al' Rodriguez. Madrigal was born in San Francisco, California, and grew up in the city's Inner Sunset District.
