Al Molinaro

Albert Francis Molinaro, known as Al Molinaro, was an American actor born on June 24, 1919, in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He gained fame for his roles as Al Delvecchio on Happy Days and Officer Murray Greshler on The Odd Couple. In addition to his television appearances, Molinaro also appeared in numerous television commercials, notably promoting On-Cor frozen dinners. Molinaro was born to Italian immigrant parents and grew up in a large family. His father, Raffaele Molinaro, was a prominent tavern/restaurant/hotel owner and a leader in the local Italian community. Molinaro's siblings were also successful, with his brother Joseph serving as Kenosha County's longest-serving district attorney and brother George serving in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Al Molinaro showcased his talent for public speaking in school, laying the foundation for his future acting career.
