Al White

Al White, born Allen Cliffton White on May 17, 1942, is an American character actor known for his appearances in various movies and television shows. He has acted in popular films such as Airplane! and Airplane II: The Sequel, as well as Back to the Future Part II. White has often portrayed police detectives throughout his Hollywood career. His notable role in Airplane! as the jive-talking man, whose words need translation, remains one of his most recognized performances. In addition to his film work, White has appeared in television shows like Wonder Woman, The Jeffersons, The Incredible Hulk, and The Dukes of Hazzard.
