Alaina Huffman

Alaina Kalanj, known professionally as Alaina Huffman, is a Canadian actress born on April 17, 1980, in Vancouver, British Columbia. Huffman gained recognition for her role as Maureen Bowers in the television series Painkiller Jane. She also portrayed Dinah Lance/Black Canary in Smallville and 1st Lt. Tamara Johansen in Stargate Universe. Additionally, Huffman played the demon Abaddon in Supernatural. With Croatian heritage, Huffman began her career in modeling after being scouted at the age of 13. However, she decided to pursue acting after relocating to Dallas, Texas, and enrolling in college. Huffman continues to contribute to the film and television industry with her versatile performances.
