Alan Devine

Alan Devine (born 1970) is an Irish actor known for his work in both film and stage productions. Born in County Galway, Devine graduated with honors from Trinity College Dublin, where he studied philosophy and sociology. He has portrayed minor roles in several films, including the Irish criminal Gerry 'The Monk' Hutch in Veronica Guerin. Devine has also appeared in TV shows such as Glenroe, where he played the character Ray O'Driscoll, and The Tudors, Vikings, and The Gift. Additionally, he has performed in numerous stage productions, including various works of Shakespeare. Devine has also appeared in TV commercials for Guinness, portraying the legendary Arctic explorer Tom Crean.
