Alano Miller Biography
Alano Miller (born 1980) is an American actor of Cuban, Bahamian, and Jamaican descent. He is best known for portraying the character Cato on the WGN America drama series Underground. Miller was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and attended Seabreeze High School in Daytona Beach. He later earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Theater Arts and Film, as well as a Master of Fine Arts degree from Penn State University. Miller's film career started in 2012 with his role in All Wifed Out, and he gained recognition for his performance in the 2016 film Loving. He currently resides in Pasadena, California and is married to actor DeWanda Wise.
