Alejandro Rey Biography
Alejandro Rey (February 8, 1930 – May 21, 1987) was an Argentine-American actor and television director. Born in Buenos Aires, Rey studied acting under Hedwig Schlichter and Milagros de la Vega. He gained recognition for his work in Argentine movies and appeared in the film El Diablo de vacaciones in 1957. Rey's career took off when he moved to the United States and landed a small role in Battle at Bloody Beach (1960). He is best known for his roles in movies such as Fun in Acapulco (1963) alongside Elvis Presley. Rey also had notable appearances in television, including two episodes of Thriller titled 'Guillotine'.
