Alejandro Sanz

Alejandro Sanz, born Alejandro Sánchez Pizarro on December 18, 1968, is a Spanish musician, singer, and composer. With a career spanning several decades, Sanz has achieved great success and recognition in the music industry. He has won a total of 22 Latin Grammy Awards and four Grammy Awards, including the Latin Grammy for Album of the Year three times. Sanz is known for his flamenco-influenced ballads, but he has also explored various other genres such as pop, rock, funk, R&B, and jazz. Born in Madrid to Andalusian parents, Sanz began playing guitar at a young age, drawing inspiration from his family's flamenco heritage. He released his debut album at 19 and gained commercial success with his second release, Viviendo Deprisa (1991). His breakthrough album, Más (1997), achieved international acclaim, and his subsequent albums continued to achieve commercial success.
