Alex Brock (born Alexander von Brockdorff) is a British actor, filmmaker, and former British Army Officer. He gained recognition for his appearances in high-profile TV dramas such as The Midwich Cuckoos, FBI: International, and the final season of Homeland. Before pursuing his acting career, Brock served as an officer in the Queen's Royal Hussars, a cavalry regiment of the British Army. He completed his commission from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 2008 and participated in combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2014, he transitioned to acting and adopted the name Alex Brock. Additionally, he co-founded Bare Arms, a company that offers military support to the film and television industry. Brock has primarily focused on TV dramas, including Requiem, Baghdad Central, and Homeland's final season.
