Alex Fox (born October 18, 1953) is an Argentine guitarist known for his unique style of blending classical rumba. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Fox drew inspiration from artists like Paco De Lucia, The Beatles, and The Gipsy Kings. After receiving a scholarship to train with the director of the Teatro Colón Symphony Orchestra, Fox began his career as a conductor, teacher, and composer. In 1981, he moved to Miami, Florida, where he became a prominent local artist in the South Beach area. Alex's performances at the Breakerwater Hotel in the 1990s were so popular that they caused traffic disruption. His first album, 'To The Gypsies,' gained worldwide critical and commercial success, leading to the release of six more albums.
