Alex Lanipekun

Alex Lanipekun (born 7 April 1981) is a British actor known for his role as Ben Kaplan in the BBC drama Spooks. He was born in London during the 1981 Brixton riot and raised in North London by his single mother. Lanipekun trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art but left early to pursue his acting career. He has appeared in a number of TV shows and films, showcasing his talent and versatility. Lanipekun's father is Nigerian, and his mother is of half Italian and half English descent. With a strong educational background, Lanipekun holds A-Levels in English, Psychology, History, Drama, and Religious Studies, as well as a BSc in Anthropology from University College London.
