Alex Tarrant

Alex Tarrant is a New Zealand actor known for his work in both TV and film. He was born Alexander Tarrant-Keepa in 1990 or 1991. Tarrant currently portrays Kai Holman in the CBS action crime drama NCIS: Hawaiʻi and Valandil in Amazon Prime's The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power fantasy drama. Growing up in Raglan, New Zealand, Tarrant has Māori, Samoan, and Niuean ancestry. He graduated from Fraser High School in 2008 and attended Toi Whakaari, New Zealand's national drama school, graduating in 2012. Tarrant has appeared in various TV shows, including SeaChange, Tatau, When We Go to War, Filthy Rich, 800 Words, and The Other Side.
