Alex Wagner is an American journalist, author, and television personality. Born on November 27, 1977, in Washington, D.C., she is best known for her work as the host of Alex Wagner Tonight on MSNBC and the reboot of Netflix's The Mole. Wagner has also been a contributing editor at The Atlantic and a contributor for CBS News. Prior to her current roles, she anchored the daytime program Now with Alex Wagner on MSNBC and co-hosted The Circus on Showtime. She served as a TV co-anchor on CBS This Morning Saturday from November 2016 to March 2018. In addition to her television career, Wagner is also the author of FutureFace: A Family Mystery, an Epic Quest, and the Secret to Belonging. She continues to make significant contributions to the field of journalism and media.
