Alex Wyndham

Alex Wyndham is an English actor, born on January 1, 1981. He is best known for his role as Gaius Maecenas in the HBO television series Rome (2007). Wyndham was educated at Winchester College and holds a degree in history from the University of Oxford. He appeared in a number of student plays during his time at Oxford and also toured Japan with an OUDS production of Love's Labours Lost. He further honed his skills at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), graduating in 2005. In addition to his acting training, Wyndham has completed courses in camera acting at BBC Elstree Centre and holds a black belt (1st Dan) in Shotokan Karate. He possesses a range of skills including period and Flamenco dancing, singing baritone, and graphic design. Wyndham has special interests in athletics, films, travel, guitar, and graphic design.
