Alexander Beyer Biography
Alexander Beyer (born June 24, 1973) is a German actor known for his appearances in various films and TV shows. He was born in Erfurt, East Germany. Beyer has been featured in films such as Volker Schloendorff's The Legend of Rita (1999), Leander Haußmann's Sun Alley (2000), and Wolfgang Becker's Good Bye Lenin! (2003). Notably, Johannes Kiefer's Gregor's Greatest Invention (2001), in which he starred, was nominated for an Academy Award for Live Action Short Film in 2002. Beyer currently resides and works in Zurich, Switzerland, and Berlin, Germany. Some of his recent film and TV show appearances include Dalíland (2022), Operation Mincemeat (2022), Persian Lessons (2020), The Little Drummer Girl (2018), Deutschland 86 (2018), Styx (2018), Burg Schreckenstein (2016), Berlin Station (2016), and 3 Türken und ein Baby (2015).
