Alexandra Boyd

Alexandra Boyd is a British actress, director, screenwriter, and producer. She is best known for her roles as Clarissa Mason in Coronation Street and Sarah Olmsted in Mr. Holland's Opus. In addition to her acting career, Boyd has also ventured into screenwriting and film directing. Her debut feature film, Widow's Walk, premiered on Amazon Prime in December 2019. Boyd has made appearances on several British TV shows, including Doctors, New Tricks, Holby City, and Loose Women. She has also worked on notable films such as From Paris with Love, Mr. Holland's Opus, and Titanic. Born in Bangor, Wales, Boyd was raised in Norwich, Norfolk, and attended Norwich High School for Girls.
