Alexis Bledel

Kimberly Alexis Bledel, born on September 16, 1981, is an American actress and model. She gained recognition for her role as Rory Gilmore in the television series Gilmore Girls (2000–2007), and as Emily Malek in The Handmaid's Tale (2017–2021). Bledel also appeared in Mad Men in 2012 and reprised her role as Rory Gilmore in the Netflix reunion miniseries Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life (2016). Her film credits include Tuck Everlasting (2002), Sin City (2005), Post Grad (2009), and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants films (2005, 2008). Bledel has received nominations for various awards, including Primetime Emmy Awards for her work on The Handmaid's Tale.
