Alexis Floyd

Alexis Floyd is an American actress known for her role as Neff in the Netflix series Inventing Anna. Born on December 22, 1993, in Cleveland, Ohio, Floyd comes from a musical family. Her mother is a classically trained flautist and manager of the Cleveland Youth Orchestra, while her father, a former tenor, is now a lawyer. Floyd began playing the violin at the age of three and was a competitive figure skater. She also studied ballet at the Cleveland School of Ballet and participated in musical theater productions at various venues, including the Cleveland Playhouse and Cleveland Public Theater. After attending Hawken School for high school, Floyd pursued a degree in musical theater at Carnegie Mellon University. She furthered her training by studying at The Rhodopi International Theater Collective in Bulgaria, where she explored Suzuki method, mime, and aerial art. Following her graduation, Floyd relocated to Los Angeles and later New York City, where she currently resides.
