Alexis Zegerman

Alexis Zegerman is a British actress and writer. She grew up in a Jewish family in London and trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama. Zegerman won a British Independent Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Mike Leigh's Happy-Go-Lucky. She has also appeared in films such as Storm, Albatross, The Wedding Video, and Disobedience. Zegerman has been involved in theater productions as well, including Mike Leigh's Two Thousand Years and Caryl Churchill's Seven Jewish Children. Her notable television appearances include the ITV drama U Be Dead. Zegerman continues to contribute to the entertainment industry with her versatile acting and writing skills.
