Alfred Hsing

Alfred Hsing (born November 23, 1983) is an American martial artist, actor, and stuntman. He gained recognition as the first American to win a gold medal in wushu taolu at the 2009 World Wushu Championships. Hsing's passion for martial arts began at a young age, leading him to formal training in Shaolin kung fu and wushu at 15 years old. Alongside his martial arts career, Hsing appeared as the Shaolin Expert on Spike TV's show Deadliest Warrior. Notable achievements include being the 2000 Martial Arts World Cup Grand Champion and the 2001 CMAT Grand Champion in the 13-17 division. Hsing, of Taiwanese descent, was born in San Jose, California.
