Alice Barrett (born December 19, 1956) is an American actress known for her roles on TV shows and in movies. Born in New York, New York, she earned a bachelor's degree in theatre from Hunter College. Barrett gained recognition for her portrayal of offbeat, psychic private investigator Frankie Frame Winthrop on the soap opera Another World from 1989 to 1996. She also appeared as Jacqui McCormick on The Catlins from 1984 to 1985, and made guest appearances on As the World Turns, Ryan's Hope, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Barrett is also credited as Alice Barrett-Mitchell and is a proud mother of two daughters.
