Alison Pargeter (born May 31, 1972) is an English actress known for her roles in various television shows. She portrayed stalker Sarah Cairns in the BBC soap opera EastEnders and appeared in 21 episodes. Pargeter also played Mary Slessor in the 11-part television series of the same name and the Nag's Head barmaid Val in the BBC prequel Rock & Chips.
