Alison Pargeter
Alison Pargeter (born May 31, 1972) is an English actress known for her roles in various television shows. She portrayed stalker Sarah Cairns in the BBC soap opera EastEnders and appeared in 21 episodes. Pargeter also played Mary Slessor in the 11-part television series of the same name and the Nag's Head barmaid Val in the BBC prequel Rock & Chips. In STARZ's Outlander, she portrayed Margaret Campbell in the third series. Additionally, Pargeter appeared as a Kindly Old Woman in the HBO series The Nevers. She has made guest appearances in several shows, including Urban Gothic, The Bill, Strange, Dalziel and Pascoe, and Holby City.
