Alison Pill is a Canadian actress, born on November 27, 1985, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She began her acting career at the age of 12 and gained recognition for her roles in both films and television series. Pill's breakthrough came with her performance in the television series The Book of Daniel in 2006. She was also nominated for a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play for her work in The Lieutenant of Inishmore that same year.
