Alison Sealy-Smith Biography
Alison Sealy-Smith (born 1959) is a Canadian-born Barbadian actress known for her role as Storm in various Marvel animated TV series. Born in Bridgetown, Barbados and raised in Toronto, she attended Mount Allison University in New Brunswick, where she studied psychology on a scholarship. Sealy-Smith is the founding director of Obsidian Theatre, specializing in African-Canadian drama. She received a Dora Mavor Moore Award for her performance in Djanet Sears' Harlem Duet. Her film and TV credits include Street Legal, This is Wonderland, The Line, Kevin Hill, and a small role in My Date with the President's Daughter. Sealy-Smith also provided voices for animated characters, including Storm in X-Men and Scarlett in Delilah and Julius.
