Allan Havey Biography
Allan Havey is an American stand-up comic and actor, best known for his appearances on Late Night with David Letterman. He started his career as a comedian in New York City in 1981 and made his national debut on Late Night in 1986. Havey was considered as a replacement for Letterman on Late Night when he moved to CBS. In 1989, he hosted the show Night After Night with Allan Havey on The Comedy Channel (later known as Comedy Central), where he presented his unique stream of consciousness, celebrity interviews, news and film clips. Havey has also appeared in movies and TV shows throughout his career.
