Allison Paige McBryar, born May 27, 1982, is an American country music singer. Hailing from Refugio, Texas, Paige began her singing career at a young age, performing in clubs with Whiskey River at the age of 11. She later joined the dancehall band Rhythm of the Road. Paige, of Italian descent, gained recognition with her debut single, a cover of Skeeter Davis' 'The End of the World,' released by Capitol Records Nashville. The single reached number 72 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart in May 2000. In June 2004, Paige released her debut album, 'End of the World,' through Lofton Creek Records.
