Aloma Wright

Aloma Wright is an American actress best known for her roles on several popular television shows. She gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Laverne Roberts on the NBC/ABC comedy series Scrubs from 2001 to 2009. Wright also appeared as Maxine Landis on the NBC daytime drama series Days of Our Lives from 2008 to 2015, and as Mildred Clemons on the ABC drama series Private Practice from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, she played Gretchen Bodinski on the USA Network drama series Suits from 2015 to 2019. Wright has also appeared in films such as Stuart Saves His Family, Devil in the Flesh, and Shadow Hours. She attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City and began her acting career on stage before transitioning to screen roles.
