Amanda Seales

Amanda Ingrid Seales, born on July 1, 1981, is an American comedian and actress. She gained recognition for her role as Tiffany DuBois in the HBO comedy series Insecure from 2017 to 2021. In 2019, she released her first stand-up comedy special titled I Be Knowin, which aired on HBO. Seales is also known for creating and hosting the comedy gameshow Smart Funny & Black, which celebrates Black culture and history. Additionally, she was a co-host on the syndicated daytime talk show, The Real. Seales was born in Inglewood, CA and attended Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando, Florida. She holds a master's degree in African-American studies with a concentration in Hip hop from Columbia University.
