Amanda Setton is an American actress known for her roles in various TV shows. She gained recognition for her recurring role as Penelope Shafai on The CW's teen drama Gossip Girl from 2008 to 2012. Setton also portrayed Kimberly Andrews on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live from 2009 to 2011, and later starred as Brook Lynn Quartermaine on the ABC soap opera General Hospital. In addition to her TV work, Setton made her Off-Broadway debut in the comedy play Love, Loss, and What I Wore in 2011. She also appeared in the first half of season one of the Fox comedy The Mindy Project. Setton was born in New York City, grew up in Great Neck, and graduated from Ithaca College with a major in drama in 2007.
