Amanda Walsh

Amanda Walsh is a Canadian actress, writer, and former VJ for the Canadian television station MuchMusic. Born on October 3, 1981, in Rigaud, Quebec, Walsh began her professional acting career at the age of 12. She has appeared in sketches, stand-up comedy, and numerous TV shows, including Smallville and Veronica Mars. Walsh also won a gold medal at the 2000 Improv Games in Quebec as a member of the '8 People' troupe. In addition to her acting work, Walsh was the youngest VJ in MuchMusic history, hosting and co-hosting various programs. She left MuchMusic in 2004 to focus on her acting career.
