Amber Skye Noyes

Amber Skye Noyes (born February 17, 1988) is an American actress and singer. She is known for her portrayal of Tori Windsor in The CW series Beauty & the Beast and Celine Fox in the third season of the ABC thriller Quantico. Noyes made her acting debut in 2013 in the online television drama series One Life to Live. She has since appeared in various TV shows including The Blacklist, Blindspot, and The Deuce. Noyes was born in Warren Township, New Jersey and attended Wyoming Seminary for high school. She later studied at Emerson College and graduated from New York University. In 2017, she was cast in a recurring role as FBI agent Celine Fox on Quantico.
