Ami Dolenz

Ami Dolenz, born January 8, 1969, is an American former actress known for her roles in movies and TV shows. Born into a show business family in Burbank, California, Dolenz is the daughter of Micky Dolenz of the 1960s group the Monkees and British television presenter Samantha Juste. Her grandparents were film actors George Dolenz and Janelle Johnson. At the age of 15, Dolenz began her acting career after winning a junior talent contest. She appeared in various television series, including a two-episode stint on Growing Pains and a role in the comedy Can't Buy Me Love. Dolenz gained critical attention for her role as Melissa McKee in the soap opera General Hospital, earning two Young Artist Award nominations.
