Ami James

Ami James (born April 6, 1972) is an Israeli-American tattoo artist, television personality, and entrepreneur. He was born in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, while it was occupied by Israel. His father, an American who converted to Judaism, met his mother in Israel while serving in the Israeli army. James had a passion for art and tattooing from a young age, influenced by his father who was a painter and had tattoos. At the age of 11, he moved to the United States and later settled in Miami. James received his first tattoo at 15 and was inspired to become a tattoo artist. He has since gained recognition through his appearances on various television shows.
