Ami Kawai

Ami Kawai is a Japanese television and theater actress, best known in Japan for her roles as Marsha in Kidou Keiji Jiban and Lami in Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger (known as Scorpina in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers). Born in Tokyo, Kawai comes from a family with a lineage of actors, including her grandmother and great-grandfather. She attended Jissen Women's Academy Junior High School and High School, and later majored in English literature at Jissen Women's College. Kawai has had a successful career in television, soap operas, educational programs, and commercials, and continues to be a prominent figure in the entertainment industry.
