Amit Rahav

Amit Rahav (Hebrew: עמית רהב; born 9 August 1995) is an Israeli actor best known for his role as Yanky Shapiro in the 2020 Netflix miniseries Unorthodox. Rahav was born in Tel Aviv, Israel to a British mother and Israeli father. Growing up in an English-speaking household, he was raised as a secular Jew. After serving in the theater and entertainment troop of the Israel Defense Forces, Rahav began his acting career. He has appeared in various Israeli TV shows, including Mishpacha Sholetet and Flashback. In 2015, he made appearances in the American thriller TV series Dig. Rahav continues to pursue his acting career and is an accomplished performer in both Israeli and international shows.
