Amy Hargreaves (born January 27, 1970) is an American actress known for her work in film, television, video games, and theater. She gained recognition for her recurring role as Maggie Mathison on the hit TV series Homeland. In 1994, Hargreaves starred alongside Edward Furlong in the film Brainscan. She also made a memorable appearance as Dr. Karen Folson in a 2012 episode of the CBS show Blue Bloods. More recently, Hargreaves has been portraying the character of Lainie Jensen, the mother of protagonist Clay Jensen, in the popular Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. With a diverse range of roles across different mediums, Hargreaves has established herself as a versatile and talented actor.
