Ana de la Reguera

Ana de la Reguera, born Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera on April 8, 1977, is a Mexican actress known for her work in telenovelas, films, and television series. She has appeared in popular shows such as Eastbound & Down, Capadocia, and Goliath. Reguera also starred in the 2006 comedy film Nacho Libre. Born in Veracruz, Mexico, Reguera's mother, Nena de la Reguera, was a former Miss Veracruz who became a journalist and television personality. Reguera trained in ballet and studied performance arts at Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura. She furthered her studies at Televisa's CEA and with renowned acting coaches in Spain and Los Angeles.
