Andrea Brooks (born March 3, 1989) is a Canadian actress and model hailing from Brantford, Ontario. With a background in figure skating, dancing, and musical theatre, Brooks gained an agent after auditioning for the Disney film Ice Princess at the age of fifteen. She has since appeared in various film and television productions. In 2015, Brooks landed her breakthrough role as Nurse Faith Carter in the Hallmark series When Calls the Heart. She is also known for her portrayal of Eve Teschmacher in The CW series Supergirl. Brooks holds a BA in English Literature and Film Studies, as well as an MA in Film Studies from the University of British Columbia. She is fluent in French.
