Andrew Briedis is an American writer, comedian, satirist, and actor. He gained recognition for creating the satirical Internet personality Annoying Actor Friend, which parodied the social media behavior of actors in the Broadway industry. Briedis grew up in San Diego, CA, and attended La Costa Canyon High School before pursuing a degree in theatre at The Hartt School. In addition to his online presence, Briedis has written for Saturday Night Live and appeared on Netflix's Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. In 2013, he released the book #SOBLESSED: The Annoying Actor Friend's Guide to Werking in Show Business, which debuted as the #1 Theater and Parody book on Amazon.
