Andrew Moodie Biography
Andrew Moodie (born November 30, 1966) is a Canadian actor and playwright. He is best known for his plays Riot, winner of the Floyd S. Chalmers Canadian Play Award in 1996, and Toronto the Good, nominated for a Dora Mavor Moore Award for Best Original Play (General Theatre) in 2009. Born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Moodie began his acting career with Ottawa's Great Canadian Theatre Company in the 1980s. He has written several other plays, including Oui, Wilbur County Blues, A Common Man's Guide to Loving Women, The Lady Smith, and The Real McCoy. Moodie has also acted in various TV shows, such as Orphan Black and Dark Matter.
