Andrew Paul

Andrew Paul (born Paul Andrew Herman; 17 March 1961) is an English actor known for his role as PC Dave Quinnan in the ITV drama The Bill for 13 years. He began his acting career at a young age, appearing in the film Bugsy Malone and an episode of The Sweeney. In 1978, he played Paul Ross in the crime drama Out and had a background role in the film Scum. Andrew Paul attended Clissold Park Secondary School and later enrolled at the Anna Scher Theatre School. He also appeared in a UK government public information film discouraging drinking and driving titled 'On His Back' in 1980.
