Andy Robin (born 1969) is a writer known for his work on NBC's Seinfeld. Alongside collaborator Gregg Kavet, he wrote episodes such as 'The Fatigues,' which won the 1997 Writers Guild of America Award. Robin and Kavet also co-wrote and directed the independent film 'Live Free or Die,' which received critical acclaim and won awards at the South By Southwest Film Festival and the Seattle International Film Festival. In addition to his work in television and film, Robin authored the book 'Saving Face – How to Lie, Fake, and Maneuver Your Way Out of Life's Most Awkward Situations.' He attended Harvard University for his undergraduate studies and, after 18 years in show business, pursued a medical degree at Brown University. He is currently a psychiatrist.
