Angela Cartwright Biography
Angela Margaret Cartwright (born September 9, 1952) is an English-born American actress primarily known for her roles in movies and television. She gained fame for her portrayal of Linda Williams in the long-running TV series The Danny Thomas Show and Penny Robinson in the 1960s television series Lost in Space. Cartwright is also well-known for playing Brigitta von Trapp in the film The Sound of Music (1965). Born in Altrincham, Cheshire, England, Cartwright moved to Los Angeles with her family at a young age. She made her film debut at the age of three in Somebody Up There Likes Me (1956) and went on to appear in numerous other films and TV shows.
