Anjana Vasan

Anjana Vasan is an Indian Singaporean actress and singer-songwriter based in London. She is known for her stage work, winning a Laurence Olivier Award, and her role in the Channel 4 sitcom We Are Lady Parts, for which she was nominated for a British Academy Television Award. Vasan was born in Chennai, India and moved to Singapore at a young age. She studied theatre at the National University of Singapore before obtaining a Master of Arts in Acting from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. Her television debut came in 2011 with two episodes of the Channel 4 comedy-drama Fresh Meat. Vasan has also appeared in notable productions such as The Radicalisation of Bradley Manning and Much Ado About Nothing.
